Fence painted.

Cabin jet washed and resealed with Sadolin. .

House and garage sanded and repainted.

Wall wire-brushed, sealed and painted.

Lean-to greenhouse deconstructed, guttering reinstalled, walls treated and painted. .

Repointing patio.

Uneven drive - roots removed and paviors rebedded.

Driveway brick edging installation.

Facia and gutters cleaned.

Felt shed roof replaced.

This greenhouse was moved from a different address (project work).


Greenhouse staging built, with movable tiles, on new foundation.

Clearing overgrown back garden, borders and pathways
(12 hours).



Recreating borders (to client’s specifications) front and back (work in progress).

Dec 2015 project in progress, 10 hrs charged (enjoyed working with client for 5 hrs).

Two raised beds dismantled and moved to L-shaped borders.

Greenhouse base installed. Gravel to be washed/ added.

Project was to install a large vegetable patch, retaining wall and fence. Nine vehicle loads of vegitation/ rubble removed and replaced with ten tonnes of Norfolk top soil.


Retaining wall in progress, new fencing installed both sides.

New doors stained and hung (project work).

Tiling, patch plastering, alcoving and painting.

Kitchen decorated, tiling, beading and two hip leaks fixed.

One of two cat-flaps removed/ ‘made good’ (this is the old external wall).


Old internal wall otherside patch plastered.

Trellis feature installed.

Trellis relocated to back wall with grape plants added, old decking removed, ground levelled (project work).

Relaid patio with herb garden installed.

Defining flower beds with brick edging, followed by replanting/ weeding.

Pond steps added (replacing rotten wood), bridge reinforced and varnished and circular pond edging improved, plus planting and weeding.
